Attending Goodwood Revival has been on the list ever since I went to my Festival of Speed back in 2021. The noise of the engines and the thrill of the speed was intoxicating and I wanted more.

We packed all the gear we could fit in the car and drove down for the Sunday. The event was a big learning experience in terms of event photography of this kind. We realised we needed a plan for next year if we wanted to successfully shoot this spectacle.

A limit needed to be placed on the amount of cameras we took. One 35mm and one medium format maximum. It was decided that all the days had to be attended to maximise opportunities and fun!

The minute silence was respected around the track to mark the death of our late Monarch Queen Elizabeth and I can still hear the cannon that went off next to us to initiate the rememberence.
